About Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IIT Patna) Patna, Bihar
The Indian Institute of Technology Patna was established in 2008. The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in various specialisations: BTech degrees in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Chemical Engineering, MTech degrees in several multi-disciplinary streams with eight specialisations, and PhD programmes conducted under all its departments. The institute is located in Bihar’s Bihta area, about 30 kilometres from Jayprakash Narayan International Airport.
