About Hindusthan Institute of Technology Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Part of the Hindusthan group of institutions, the college is located on the group’s campus on Coimbatore’s Pollachi road, about 25 kilometres from the city’s international airport. On-campus infrastructure includes a knowledge centre (with a well-stocked central library offering access to print and digital resources), many laboratories under the various departments and a training and placement cell. The campus also has hostels for male and female students, a fitness centre, sports facilities, a cafeteria and transport services. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in several engineering disciplines, and says that its graduates are regularly recruited by firms like HCL, TCS, InTouch Health, Jet Airways, Air India and Indigo, among several others.
