Part of the Hindusthan group of institutions, the college is located on the group’s campus on Coimbatore’s Pollachi road, about 25 kilometres from the city’s international airport. The college of engineering and technology offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in several disciplines, with some of its departments, recognised as research centres by Anna University, offering PhD programmes. On-campus infrastructure includes hostels for male and female students, a fitness centre, several sports facilities, a cafeteria and transport services. Academic infrastructure includes a knowledge centre (with a central library stocked with print and digital resources), several laboratories under the various departments and a training and placement cell. The institute also says it has collaborated with several industry leaders, including Wipro, Ashok Leyland, Accenture and Cognizant, among others.
