An autonomous institute affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University Kakinada, the institute’s 155-acre campus is located in GMR Nagar, Rajam, in Andhra Pradesh’s Srikakulam district, about 40 kilometres from Srikakulam and 120 kilometres from Visakhapatnam. Offering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in a number of disciplines, the institute’s on-campus infrastructure includes hostels for male and female students, a canteen and a bakery, a co-operative store, a gymnasium and facilities for indoor and outdoor sports. Academic infrastructure includes laboratories for the various departments, a knowledge centre comprising a well-stocked central library and departmental libraries, and an auditorium. In terms of placements, the institute says its graduates have been recruited by firms like Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, L&T, Birlasoft and HCL, among others.
