DMI College of Engineering is an autonomous institution located in Chennai’s Palanchur area. It is affiliated with Anna University, accredited by the NBA and approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). The institute was established in 2001, with several undergraduate programmes, including those in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Information Technology. The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was started in 2002. The institute’s postgraduate courses—Master of Computer Application and Master of Business Administration—were introduced in the year 2006.
