Affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada and the State Board of Technical Education and Training in Vijaywada, the Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Institute of Technology and Science’s 25-acre campus is about two hours south of Kakinada, near the east bank of the Godavari river. Offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in a number of disciplines, the institute’s on-campus infrastructure includes several laboratories for the various streams, seminar halls, a digitally-equipped, well-stocked library and several sports facilities. The institute also offers on-campus housing for female students, with a hostel for male students located off-campus. In terms of placements, the institute says its graduates have received offers from firms like Infosys, DXC Technology and MPhasis.
